A Transformative Day for Today’s School Administrators and Their Teams
In a time where the needs of our school communities are more complex than ever, Spark Hope offers something refreshingly different — a day of practical tools, deep insight, and renewed inspiration!
Grounded in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) principles and the most recent advances in neuroscience, this one-day experience is designed specifically for district and building administrators and their leadership teams. Whether you’re navigating student behavior, chronic staff overwhelm, or simply want to lead more compassionately and effectively — Spark Hope will meet you where you are and equip you for what’s next.
What Makes Spark Hope a Must-Attend Event for School Leaders?
Lead with Confidence, Backed by Science: Discover proven strategies rooted in neuroscience and child development that help all professionals in education lead with clarity, empathy, and effectiveness — even with the most challenging student needs.
Build a Healthier, More Resilient School Culture: Trauma doesn’t just affect students — it impacts your whole community. Learn how to create a culture of felt-safety, connection, and empowerment where all staff and students deeply believe in their own worth and value and voice their needs in healthy ways.
Learn to Help ALL Students Succeed: By using TBRI® strategies with fidelity and consistency, ALL students can experience success academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally, regardless of their history or current circumstances.
What You Will Gain
Immediate Tools, Real World Application: This isn’t just theory. You’ll walk away with practical tools you can start using the very next day — from handling dysregulated students to supporting overwhelmed teachers.
Increased Staff Morale and Reduced Burnout: Administrators set the tone for a school. When you understand how trauma affects behavior and learning, you can support your team in more effective, sustainable ways.
Connection with the HopeAlight Team: Get to know Amy, Jessie, Alli, Katie, and Pam and their passion for supporting educators and building resilience in school communities.
A Renewed Sense of Hope and Compassion: The conditions in education today often expose professionals to chronic stress. A TBRI® mindset and use of its strategies can renew one’s hope and compassion, reigniting one’s passion, purpose, and efficacy in this work.
Opportunities for Rest and Rejuvenation: Experiences, meals, and snacks, are built into the day to refill your cup and model what regulation really looks like.
We look forward to spending the day with you and expressing our gratitude and appreciation for all that you do for your school communities across the Midwest!
